Chhattisgarh High Court issued contempt notice to NHAI project director

After the hearing, a single bench of the High Court passed an order on January 17, 2023 and accepted the petition and gave the order. chhattisgarh news It said that after proper verification of the concerned party, the National Highway Authority should deposit the compensation to the Land Acquisition Officer without any delay. The Project Director of NHAI will ensure the deposit of compensation amount. Justice Ravindra Agarwal has issued a contempt notice to the Project Director of NHAI and sought a reply for not giving any compensation even after more than the stipulated time of the order.
