Saying that representatives of all political parties have raised objections to taking prior permission for the door-to-door campaign, he said, apart from the guidelines applicable in different states, they will be brought to the notice of the Election Commission of India (ECI). , He said that a decision on door-to-door campaign would be taken soon and the DEO would be informed. Political advertisements should be approved keeping all the acts in mind. He said that however, permission should not be given to erect new hoardings.
