Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot submitted his resignation to Governor Kalraj Mishra. BJP won 104 seats and is currently leading on 11 seats.
Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said, “…due to the policies of PM Modi, the work done by him, the corruption-free governance given by him and the unwavering trust of the people in him, BJP has formed a government with a strong majority in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. …We will try to live up to the expectations of the people of Rajasthan.”
Leader of Opposition in Rajasthan Assembly Rajendra Rathore said, “Rajasthan has got the same mandate which was expected. It was certain that Congress’s courage would be wiped out. The policies of the world’s most popular leader, Prime Minister Modi, were approved in all three states.
