Chief Minister gave approval – 1456 posts will be created for upgraded schools
, The state government is continuously working towards strengthening school education in the state and ensuring access to education to every student. In this sequence, 1456 posts will be created for the operation of newly upgraded state higher secondary schools. Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has approved the proposal in this regard.
According to the proposal, 672 posts of senior teacher, 224-224 posts of teacher level-1 and 2, 112-112 posts of principal, junior assistant and support staff are included for the operation of upgraded schools. With the creation of new posts, the youth will get new employment opportunities. Also, students will be able to get higher secondary level education near them.
It is noteworthy that in the budget of the year 2023-24, Mr. Gehlot had announced to upgrade government upper primary schools to government higher secondary schools.
