The Chief Minister has expressed strong displeasure over the incidents of misbehavior with the general public and school students in some districts. He gave special instructions regarding restraint in language, said that if your officers do not have restraint in language, then strict action should be taken. If such a mistake is made at the Collector level, I will take action myself. The Chief Minister told the collectors that local level problems should be resolved there, people should not have to come to the capital for small problems. Quick and effective steps should be taken on the public problems raised by the public representatives.
