Citizens of Balodabazar created a world record by signing
Balodabazar : Under the guidance of Collector and District Election Officer Chandan Kumar and the leadership of District Panchayat Sweep Nodal Officer Smt. Namrata Jain, the district administration Balodabazar-Bhatapara has got a big achievement. On Wednesday, more than 1.25 lakh people created a world record by signing in more than 7 hundred places in the district. The said signature campaign was organized on the theme of women empowerment, daughter hai to kal hai, voting is the right option and voter awareness signature campaign under SVEEP. The program was organized by Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Women and Child Development Department. In which signing programs were conducted in all gram panchayats, city squares, schools, Anganwadis and various government offices. Accepting the challenge by the administration, today Dr. Manish Vishwanoi, Asia Head of the Golden Book of World Records Award, presented provisional certificates to Collector Chandan Kumar and District Panchayat Namrata Jain at the Sports Stadium Balodabazar located at the district headquarters.
On this occasion, Senior Superintendent of Police Deepak Jha, Kasdol Assembly Observer Dr. Rajendra Bharud, Balodabazar and Bhatapara Dr. Anish Shekhar, Police Observer Nazmul Hoda were also present. At the Sports Stadium, all the top officials including the Collector-SP inspired everyone by participating in the voter awareness signature campaign and women empowerment ‘Beti Hai To Kal Hai, Voting Hi Sahi Vikalp Hai’ under the SVEEP. During this, a resolution was also given by Collector Chandan Kumar for 100 percent voting. Besides, the students of Pandit Chakrapani Shukla Swami Atmanand Hindi Medium School gave the message of voter awareness through a very attractive Suva dance. On this occasion, District Statistics Officer Sumeet Meravi, District Program Officer Women and Child Development Department Tikvendra Jatwar, NIC Satyanarayan Pradhan, Assistant Information Officer Nitesh Chakradhari, Deputy Director Panchayat Suresh Kanwar, Assistant Project Officer KK Sahu and all the district CEOs, School Education Department, Staff and school children of Swami Atmanand School were present in large numbers.
