According to the information, Hemant Tamrakar was posted as criminal presentation clerk in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class from 1994 to 1996. During his tenure, he did not deposit various fines collected by the court on different dates in the account of the District and Sessions Court, State Bank of India Collectorate branch and deposited the security by putting fake seals and fake challan numbers and forging the challans on different dates. A report on embezzlement was written in the civil line by Court Superintendent KS Thakur on the instructions of the then District and Sessions Judge. Judgment has been given in total cases 4801/99, 4797/99, 4792/99, 4775/99, 4751/99, 4743/99, in which accused Hemant Tamrakar has been booked under section 409, 466, 467, 468, 471, 472 in each case. Under Section 474, 475, 477 A, three years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1000 and Rs 1000, respectively, he has been sentenced.
