Bilaspur. CM Bhupesh Baghel has expressed grief over the Banjari Ghat accident. Further tweeted and wrote that sad information has been received about bus overturning at Bilaspur Kenda Chowki Banjari Ghat. I pray to God for the peace of the soul of the person who died in this accident, may God give courage to his family to bear this grief. I wish speedy recovery to those injured in this heart-wrenching incident. The district administration has requested for appropriate assistance to the deceased after treatment of the injured and permission from the Election Commission.

Let us tell you that this morning the bus was going from Rewa to Durg. During this time, a passenger sleeper bus met with an accident at Kenda Ghat on the Pendra-Bilaspur route. The bus overturned 3 times consecutively.

More than 30 passengers have been injured in this incident. The seriously injured passengers have been referred to District Hospital Gaurela. At the same time, treatment of less serious injured is going on in Kenda Hospital. It is being told that this accident happened due to bad road.
