CM to campaign in Trichy and Karur today

Tamil Nadu: Ahead of the Assembly elections, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will campaign in Trichy and Karur on Wednesday, supporting DMK and allied candidates in the Trichy and Karur districts.
The Chief Minister, who began his campaign tour from Tiruvarur on Tuesday, arrived in Trichy for the night and stayed there. The Chief Minister will attend a campaign meeting at the Thennur Uzhava Market Ground in Trichy at 9 a.m. on Wednesday and speak in support of candidates contesting in the nine seats in the district, including K.N. Nehru (Trichy West), Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi (Tiruverumur), Inigo Uridayaraj (Trichy East), P. Abdulsamadhu (Manapparai), S. Durairaj (Srirangam), C. Kathiravan (Mannachanallur), T. Parivalal (Lalgudi), and N.S. Karunairaja (Musiri).
Campaigning in Karur: Later, the Chief Minister, who is visiting Karur, will attend a campaign meeting in Rayanur at around 5 pm, which will be led by District Secretary and Karur MLA V. Senthilbalaji, and will speak in support of DMK candidates A. M. Thiagarajan (Karur), P.R. Elango (Aravakurichi), C.K. Raja (Krishnarayapuram), and A. Chandran (Kulithalai).
