Coalition rule is not right for Tamil Nadu: M.H. Jawahirullah

Tamil Nadu: Humanity People’s Party leader M.H. Jawahirullah has stated that the coalition government system is not suitable for the political environment of Tamil Nadu.
The Humanity People’s Party’s Special General Committee met on Sunday in Royapettah, Chennai. Party leader M.H. Jawahirullah chaired the meeting.
The meeting passed 19 resolutions, including renaming the 100-day work plan after Mahatma Gandhi; including Urdu in the Tamil Nadu government’s list of colloquial literature awards; and allocating five seats to the Humanity People’s Party in the assembly elections.
Following this, M.H. Jawahirullah stated: The Manithaneya Makkal Katchi will work diligently to ensure the DMK-led alliance’s victory in the assembly elections. The DMK’s rule should continue in Tamil Nadu.
Similarly, the DMK alliance should provide more opportunities to Muslim candidates from the minority community in the assembly elections. In the last assembly elections, they demanded three seats but were given two. This time, they have demanded five seats. A decision on this will be made after seat-sharing talks begin. He said that the coalition system of government is not right for Tamil Nadu.
