Collector and SP reached to meet injured patient in bus accident
Ambikapur. Collector Kundan Kumar and Superintendent of Police Sunil Sharma reached the district hospital on Saturday to see the patients injured in the bus accident in Udaipur. As soon as the information about the incident came to the notice, the collector took follow up from the concerned SDM and hospital management and issued instructions to provide all possible help. Along with this, Collector-SP himself also reached the hospital to know the condition of the patients. Giving information in this regard, in-charge Dr. Arpan Chauhan said that this incident happened at 4 am. The accident of a bus going to Korba occurred near a culvert in Panchayat Dawa in Udaipur, in which 17 people were reported injured, out of which seven patients were brought to the district hospital with the active cooperation of Highway Patrolling, 112 and Sanjeevani 108.
Three of these patients were admitted. One of these patients was from Pratapgarh, Udaipur, who himself expressed his desire to be discharged after feeling better, he was discharged. Other patients were in the surgical ward, they have also been discharged. Presently a female patient is admitted in surgical ICU. The woman has told herself to be from Jaunpur. Information has also been given in Jaunpur police station on the instructions of Collector-SP. The rest were kept under observation at night. He has been discharged in the morning due to his condition being fine. No one has died. Today inspection has been done by Collector, SP and SDM Ambikapur. The Collector inspected the admitted patient and inquired about his condition. The Collector has given special instructions to the hospital management to inform the relatives of the patient and provide all possible help.
