On the other hand, a video of a constable of Anti Cyber and Crime Unit (ACCU) smoking hookah has surfaced, in which the constable is seen inhaling the smoke. SP Santosh Singh has started Operation Nijat against drugs in the district after taking charge. Under this, instructions have been given to take strict action to ban the illegal sale of liquor, ganja as well as intoxicants. A campaign is also being run in all the police stations of the district to nab drug peddlers. On the other hand, the constable of the team is fearlessly blowing smoke.
