Tamil Nadu: Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has said that contributing to the Flag Day Fund for the welfare of the personnel of the three armed forces and their families is the duty of all citizens.
In this regard, he posted on X (formerly Twitter): On behalf of the people of the state, I extend my greetings to the soldiers of the three armed forces and their families who selflessly serve to protect the nation on Armed Forces Flag Day.
The service rendered by the soldiers who protect the country without fear, risking their lives and standing guard in challenging circumstances, is unparalleled.
The Chief Minister said that it is the duty of all citizens to contribute to the fund on Flag Day for the rehabilitation of martyrs and the welfare of their families.
