CWC 2023: Sri Lanka prevails over Netherlands by five wickets

Chennai: Sadira Samarawickrama’s 91 and Pathum Nissanka’s 54 scored Sri Lanka’s five-wicket win over Netherlands in the Cricket World Cup 2023 league game. Sri Lanka scored 263 runs in reply to Men in Orange’s 262. Aryan Dutt was the best bowler among the bowlers, giving away only 44 runs in his quota of 10 overs and taking three wickets. With this win, the Asian country has been able to open its account in this edition of the World Cup.
