McNeil had an RBI single in the fourth. Vogelbach knocked in a run with a groundout and Baty’s RBI single gave New York a 5-3 lead.

Freeman’s second homer of the game, and third of the season, was a two-run shot in the fifth to tie the score 5-all. It was Freeman’s first multi-homer game with the Dodgers and the 18th of his career.

Los Angeles moved on top 6-5 in the sixth on a home run from Muncy, his seventh of the season.

Peterson gave up six runs and three homers in six innings.
