DCC/DLRC meeting was organized under the chairmanship of District Collector Pukhraj Sen. He instructed the bankers to dispose of loan applications received under government and sponsored schemes with quality. Along with this, help the applicants by disposing off the applications which have minor errors in a positive spirit. He instructed that in the current financial year, 100 percent of the targets should be achieved in a time-bound manner in all the government-sponsored schemes. He directed that special efforts should be made to give recognition to the products of the district at the national level.
Leading District Manager Mr. Ramjit Meena said that according to the report of special Girdawari of Pala Sheetlahar during the year 2022-23 by Rajasthan Government, 433 villages of the district have been declared as poverty-stricken. All the banks were directed to give relief to the farmers of these villages who have taken loan from the banks as per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India. Apart from this, in today’s meeting, it was also decided to increase loan distribution by organizing credit outreach camps at various block headquarters of the district.
He said that on July 27 in the block Behrod, Neemrana, Mundawar and Bansur in association with Bank of Baroda, on August 2 in association with SBI in block Tijara, Kishangarh, Kotkasim and Ramgarh block, on August 7 in block Rajgarh, Raini, Credit camps will be organized in coordination with BRKGB in Laxmangarh and Kathumar blocks and in coordination with PNB in Umrain, Malkheda, Govindgarh and Thanagaji blocks in Alwar on August 11, during which financing of at least Rs 100 crore will be done by all branches of the district. has been targeted. Apart from this, bank accounts of all the people of the district whose bank accounts have not yet been opened under PMJDY will also be opened under financial inclusion. He said that all the banks working in the district were advised to provide immediate relief as per the instructions issued by the Reserve Bank of India regarding the loans given to the farmers of 433 villages of the district and organize camps according to the said work.
District Development Manager of NABARD Alwar Mr. Pradeep Chaudhary and district coordinators of all banks were present in the meeting.
