Dead body found in Banas identified, suspicion of kidnapping and murder
Rajasthan. The body of the youth found in Banas river on Wednesday has been identified. The young man was kidnapped three days ago at night. The family members of the deceased have lodged a murder report at Hanuman Nagar police station. Here, the police has kept the body in the mortuary. Where the family members have refused to accept the dead body and are demanding compensation. Hanuman Nagar police station in-charge Hiralal said that the body of a youth was found in a suspicious condition on Wednesday on the banks of Banas river passing through Dhunwala village.
The young man’s legs and neck were tied with a rope. On Friday, the youth was identified as Ganesh (28), son of Lalram Mali, resident of Diggi. The identification has been done by the deceased’s cousin Rajulal. Rajulal reported in the police station that at around 12 o’clock in the night of 17th October, his brother Ganesh was kidnapped by unknown people, murdered and thrown in the Banas river. The police have registered the report and started investigating the matter.
