Dead body of elderly woman found in closed house, police engaged in investigation
Agra: Sensation spread after the dead body of a woman was found in a closed house in Kailash Nagar under Nayati Chowki area of Jaint police station of Vrindavan. People in the neighborhood informed the police when they noticed foul smell. The police reached the spot, broke the door and took out the dead body of the old woman. It is not yet clear how the old woman died.
Giving information, local people said that Nalini Srivastava, aged about 85 years, was a resident of Calcutta. She was living in Vrindavan for the last eight years. Nalini Srivastava was not seen by the people in the neighborhood for the last three-four days. Even the gate of his house was not opening. People became suspicious when they noticed foul smell on Saturday morning. People informed the police station about the matter.
When the police reached the spot and broke the door of the house, the dead body of the old woman was found inside. Police said that the body was badly decomposed, due to which a foul smell was coming from it. Forensic team was called on the spot. The team has collected necessary evidence from the incident site. The police is investigating the death of the old woman.
