Dead body of foreign engineer found in hotel

Jagdalpur. There was a sensation when the dead body of a foreign national was found in a private hotel located in Dharampura of the city. The deceased has been identified as Moray Francisco, a resident of Italy. This person, an engineer by profession, had reached Nagarnar to provide his services at NMDC Steel Plant. The deceased More, a resident of Italiana city of Italy, was staying in the hotel since October 17.

There was no movement from room number 305 of the hotel since morning. Late in the evening, the matter became suspicious; the hotel staff opened the door of the room and informed the nearest police station. When the police reached the spot, the death was confirmed. CSP Vikas Kumar has expressed the possibility of death due to heart attack. At present, the post mortem report is awaited to know the actual cause of death. Police have started investigation into the death of the foreign national.

The forensic team had also reached the spot for investigation. The incident is being reported from Bodhghat police station area. Along with CSP Vikas Kumar, the in-charge of Kotwali and Bodhghat police station had also reached the spot.
