Dead body of youth found in forest, police engaged in investigation

Balrampur. A person died after getting electrocuted while hunting a wild animal in Bhagwanpur border forest of Wadrafnagar under Wadrafnagar police post in Balrampur district. On information, Wadrafnagar police post in-charge and other staff reached the spot. Panchnama of the body was done and the body was sent to the civil hospital for postmortem. Investigating officer ASI Radheshyam Vishwakarma said that ward no. of Wadrafnagar. Some people had gone to the forest near No. 15 late at night for the purpose of hunting wild animals. Meanwhile all his friends returned home.

But among them Jitendra alias Munna did not return home. At the same time, friends told Jitendra’s brother that he was lost somewhere in the forest and could not be found even after searching. After this, the family along with the villagers went to the forest in the morning to search for Jitendra. Where during the investigation, Jitendra was found lying dead at the spot. Prima facie it seemed that the deceased had died due to electric shock. At present, Wadrafnagar Police is investigating the matter by establishing a path in this matter. Police say that the unknown accused involved in the crime will soon be traced and the matter will be revealed.
