Deadly attack on father and son after entering the house

Kondagaon. After reaching Bamhani village under City Kotwali Kondagaon, some youths attacked the father and son fatally, after which they were admitted to the district hospital. According to the injured, some youths from the neighboring Madanar village entered their house and fatally attacked them with a bandasa. City Kotwali police has registered an FIR in the matter.

Armed youths entered the house of 50-year-old Jaylal Patel and his son Manoj Patel, residents of Bamhani village under Kondagaon City Kotwali, and made a fatal attack with a bandana. Regarding this, injured Jaylal Patel said that he was resting at his home late at night. Meanwhile, Uttaran Thakur, Abhi Patel and Manglu Thakur, residents of Madanar village, came to his house and threatened him. While arguing, all three started attacking Manoj Patel with the bandasa they had brought with them.

Seeing Manoj being attacked, his father Jaylal Patel tried to intervene and then attacked his father with a bandana. After this incident of armed youth, father and son were seriously injured, due to which they have been admitted to the district hospital of Kondagaon for treatment. City Kotwali Kondagaon police has registered crimes under sections 294, 324, 34, 452 and 506 of IPC against Uttaran Thakur, Abhi Patel and Manglu Thakur. Till the time of writing the news at 6 pm on Thursday, the accused have not been arrested.
