Deepak Baij voted in Chitrakote
Raipur. The first phase of voting is taking place in Chhattisgarh today, in which voters are participating enthusiastically. State Congress President and Chitrakote Congress candidate Deepak Baij also voted. According to the Election Commission, till 11 am a total of 22.97 percent voting took place in all 20 seats.
Congress’s Deepak Baij was successful in winning the 2013 and 2018 assembly elections and later the party fielded him in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, in which he was successful. Now the party has again fielded him in the assembly elections. On this seat reserved for Scheduled Tribes, Deepak Baij is competing against Vinayak Goyal, who is the Bharatiya Janata Party candidate. Now only on 3rd December it will be known who will win on this seat.
