GPO Association President Demands Action Against Sheikh Abbas for Attack

Demanding strict action against Sheikh Abbas, who is working as a village administration officer in Gudur mandal of Mahabubabad district, and those who illegally attacked the office staff, the GPOs Association Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District President Kukkala Srinivas launched a protest program. They urged the government to provide adequate protection to the village administration officers so that such incidents do not repeat across the state. They strongly condemned the incident and protested wearing black badges during the lunch break.

Later, a petition was submitted to the Bibinagar Tahsildar and requested him to take action to impose strict punishment on the culprits. The leaders said that there is a need to further strengthen unity between the people and the authorities. Mandal President Gazam Sattaiah, General Secretary Chakrapani, Mandal Associate Candidate Narasimha, Vice Presidents Mounika, Srilatha, Rajamani, Sumitra along with District Leaders Ramesh, Sujatha, and Balamani participated in the program.
