Doctor and nurse kept gossiping, injured youth died

Bilaspur. On the death of a driver in Bilaspur, the relatives created a ruckus. He accused the doctor of negligence in treatment. It was told that two trucks collided late on Thursday night, in which the driver was trapped in the cabin. After three hours of struggle, he was taken out and admitted to Sims. The incident is of Sargaon police station area.

Two trucks had a head-on collision near Sargaon on the Bilaspur-Raipur National Highway on Friday night. After this accident, the driver of a truck, Sujit alias Bhuru Srivas, got injured and was badly trapped in the cabin. As soon as the information about this incident was received, the police team reached the spot, after three hours of hard work, took the injured driver out of the cabin. He was then admitted to Sims for treatment.

Driver Sujit alias Bhuru Shrivas died during treatment at Sims on Saturday. On knowing this, the relatives started creating ruckus in Sims. He alleges that he died due to not getting proper treatment at the right time. The relatives accused Sims’ doctors of negligence for the death. He said that the SIMS administration is running on the basis of trainee doctors and nurses. Instead of providing first aid to the deceased Sujit alias Bhuru Shrivas, the doctors were busy gossiping.
