Education Minister suspends 9 employees including four joint directors in teacher posting scam

Raipur. In the teacher posting scam, the state government had suspended 9 employees including four joint directors of the school education department. A departmental inquiry was also ordered against everyone.

But during the change of government, when Advocate General Satish Chand Verma resigned, the government’s side was not presented properly in the High Court. Because of this, the suspension of the four joint directors was ended by the court.

Let us tell you that in the investigation of the School Education Department, a role was played in the transfer of 2713 teachers. Assistant teachers were promoted first and were deliberately sent away even though nearby schools were vacant.

The officials hid the vacant posts in schools near the district headquarters. So that teachers can be posted later by taking money. And when the posting order came out, teachers started getting calls from JD office…it will take so much…you will find this school near the city. It is said that in this one posting ranging from Rs 1.5 lakh to Rs 2.5 lakh was collected. Divisional Commissioners had told point by point in the investigation how the JD office carried out large-scale transfer transactions.
