Emergency services are operational in all hospitals.
Raigarh. In view of the Holi festival, extensive preparations have been made to ensure the optimal health services at the Medical College Hospital. Dean Dr. Santosh Kumar and Hospital Superintendent Dr. Manoj Kumar Minj have instructed all relevant departments, including doctors, nursing staff, and paramedical staff, to remain on alert.
In view of potential accidents and medical emergencies during Holi, special guidelines have been issued for emergency services. Due to the government holiday on March 4th, the OPD (Outpatient Department) will be closed, but emergency services will operate uninterrupted 24 hours a day.
Dean Dr. Santosh Kumar stated that adequate availability of life-saving medications and essential resources has been ensured in the emergency department. Heads of clinical departments and paramedical staff have also been instructed to remain on alert to provide immediate assistance if needed. All doctors and paramedical staff have been asked to be prepared for emergency duty. The emergency unit has been specially strengthened to ensure timely treatment for patients.
