Employment fair in Raigarh on July 3, 400 posts will be filled
Raigarh. Under the guidance of Collector Taran Prakash Sinha, special efforts are being made to connect the local youth with employment. The district administration is continuously working in this direction to provide skill development and employment opportunities to the youth. So that local youth get maximum employment in the industries here through placement and employment fair. Since last April till now 1100 youths have received offers. In this episode, an employment fair is going to be organized on 3rd July. In which 400 posts will be recruited by various companies.
Giving more information in this regard, District Employment Officer Mr. Ramjit Ram said that on July 3, 2023, an employment fair will be organized at the District Employment and Self-Employment Guidance Center, Raigarh from 10 am in the private sector vacancies. Through the employment fair, M/s Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt. Ltd. Raigarh will recruit 50 posts for Customer Relationship Officer. For this it is mandatory to have minimum 12th pass. Similarly, recruitment will be done for 50 posts of Security Guard in M/s.SIS Security Company Ltd. Raigarh and 200 posts for Security Guard in M/s.SIS Security Company Ltd.Jashpur. For this it is mandatory to have minimum 10th pass. Similarly, 100 posts of Graduate Trainee Officer will be recruited in M/s.SIS Security Company Ltd.Jashpur itself. For which the educational qualification graduation has been sought.
It is worth noting that in order to provide employment to the youth, Collector Mr. Taran Prakash Sinha has directed to provide employment to the local youth by issuing maximum vacancies after holding a meeting of departmental officers and industry representatives. On the basis of which events like employment fair, counseling camps are being organized from time to time. Where the applicants are getting a chance to communicate directly with the company and the recruitment process is happening simultaneously in many companies. The benefit of which is being given to the local youth.
1100 youths have got job offers
With the initiative of Collector Taran Prakash Sinha, efforts are on to provide employment to the youth. In the last three months, about 1100 people have been given job offers in coordination with the employment fair and industries. A huge employment fair was organized in Tamnar by the district administration in the month of April. Where 710 youths were given employment by various companies and institutions. Along with this, offers have been given to the youth in local industries and companies through placement camps, for this a counseling camp was also organized where 200 youths were given job offers by the companies. Under the Apprenticeship Scheme, offers have been given to applicants having technical qualifications for more than 200 technical posts. On coming 3rd July, another employment fair is being organized by the District Employment Office, Raigarh. In which 400 posts will be filled.
