Enforcement Directorate submits interim report on Abhishek’s company to Calcutta High Court

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday presented a provisional brief of the ongoing probe into the financial transactions of Leaps and Bounds Pvt Ltd before Judge Amrita Sinha of the Calcutta Superior Court.

The lawyer of the emergency department gave this information to Judge Sinha in a sealed envelope.

It is expected that the judge will hear this case on December 20.
