Excise department action, 22 bulk liters of Mahua liquor seized

Baloda Bazar. On the instructions of Collector Deepak Soni, under the guidance of District Excise Officer Gajendra Kumar Singh, 22 bulk litres of hand-brewed Mahua liquor was seized from the possession of accused Kholbahara Chauhan, son of Ghasi Ram, in village Kauhakuda, police station Kasdol, outpost Sonakhan, under circle area Kasdol.

In the said action, a crime has been registered against the accused under section 34(2), 59(a) of the Excise Act 1915. Excise Sub-Inspector Motin Banjare, Excise Chief Constable Suryakant Verma, City Soldier Durgeshwari Kurre played an important role in the said action.
