Family ruined: Poison mixed in papaya juice, invitation to death!
Jaipur: A sensational case of mass suicide of three members of the same family has come to light in Jaipur, Rajasthan. In the incident, husband, wife and son ended their lives by mixing poison in papaya juice.
The reason behind mass suicide that has come to light is even more surprising. Initial investigation has revealed that both the kidneys of the deceased person were damaged and he was very troubled by the disease. Not only this, the family was facing financial crisis due to the house loan. In such a situation, in despair, he took this dreadful step.
The incident took place in Balaji Vihar, Jaipur, where deceased Naveen Jain lived with his wife and two children for the last 10 years. Naveen Jain, originally a resident of Basava village of Nawalgarh, had a medical shop which is managed by his elder son Anurag. But last Sunday night, when Anurag returned home after closing the medical shop as usual, he found the door of the house locked from inside.
When no reply was received for a long time, he called the neighbors and broke the door. As soon as Anurag entered inside, he saw that his parents and brother were lying unconscious. He immediately took all three to the hospital, where the husband and wife were declared dead by the doctors, while Mayank died during treatment on Monday evening.
On receiving information about the incident, the police of Kardhani police station reached the spot. Police have seized poison sachets and other materials from the spot. Police officer Uday Singh said that 41-year-old Naveen Jain, 39-year-old his wife Seema and younger son Mayank drank poison mixed with juice on Sunday, due to which all three died.
After the post-mortem of all three bodies, they have been handed over to the family members. Initial investigation has revealed that Naveen was troubled by his own illness and financial constraints. Due to which he has taken such a step, although it is not yet clear whether everyone drank the poison together or whether Naveen first poisoned his wife and son and later drank it himself. It is being verified.
