Family welfare e-passbook will be ready with family ID in UP: Yogi
Lucknow (IANS). UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday reviewed the works of the Planning Department and gave necessary guidelines to encourage sector-wise potential in the state. He said that out of 98,046 applications received so far, 41,440 Family I.D. has been issued.
He directed to issue family welfare e-passbook including the schemes being provided to the families by mapping the schemes on the basis of family ID. He said that awareness should be increased among the general public about the implemented Family ID program to connect at least one member of every family with job/employment/employment.
The Chief Minister said that the State Transformation Commission has been created for long-term planning regarding the development of the state. Selection/nomination of qualified experts on all important posts in the commission should be made functional as soon as possible.
He said that the Gross State Domestic Product was 16,45,317 crore in the financial year 2020-21, which has increased by about 20 percent to 19,74,532 crore in 2021-22. On the other hand, on the basis of advance estimates prepared for 2022-23, the state income has been estimated at Rs 21.91 lakh crore. This condition is satisfactory.
He said that the funds allocated for the development of Bundelkhand and Purvanchal should be used according to the local needs keeping in mind the multidimensional and long term development.
He said that the aspirational development block program is in the priority of the government. Continuous monitoring of every development block is being done from the government level. Bishunpura development block of Kushinagar district has been the best in overall delta ranking from March 2022 to March 2023. Similarly, Majhgawan (Bareilly) in Medicine and Nutrition, Wazirganj (Badaun) in Education, Bhiti (Ambedkar Nagar) in Agriculture and Water Resources, Fatehganj (Bareilly) in Financial Inclusion and Skill Development and Infrastructure in the thematic sector-wise delta ranking. Sohaon (Ballia) development block has been at the first position on the indicator of development.
