Farmer hit by harvester, dies painfully while harvesting paddy

Durg: A farmer has died after being crushed under a harvester machine in the district. The deceased has been identified as Rajesh alias Kalendra Supanthak. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and started investigation. The matter is of Nandani police station area.

According to the information received, farmer Rajesh alias Kalendra Supanthak had ordered a harvester machine to harvest paddy in his field. On Tuesday, Rajesh was working in the fields. During this, the harvester driver pushed the vehicle back and the farmer got buried under the tire of the vehicle. After this, Rajesh was immediately taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
