Farmer shot dead

Begusarai. In Begusarai, criminals shot dead a farmer. There was a stir in the area after the murder. The incident took place in Ramdiri Mahaji Tola of Matihani police station area. The deceased was identified as Kari Singh alias Ghanshyam Singh (36), resident of Ramdiri Mahaji Tola. Family members told that two criminals from the village called him from home and took him away and shot him dead. Family members said that two criminals from the village took him to the field on the pretext of plowing the field and killed him. Matihani police station got information about this incident and Matihani police station reached the spot and started investigating the whole matter. At present the family members are not allowing the police to pick up the dead body.

The villagers are demanding the arrest of the killer. Family members say that who murdered Ghanshyam Singh and why is a matter of investigation. Police should take this matter seriously and arrest the accused. In this regard, SI Subodh Kumar of Matihani police station has said that in retaliation, Kari Singh alias Ghanshyam Singh was shot dead. He told that in retaliation to the murder of the killer’s brother in Bengaluru a few days ago, his neighbor Kari Singh alias Ghanshyam Singh, who lives in the same village, was shot dead in Bahiyar on Friday evening. At present the police is investigating all the points. Raids are going on in search of criminals.
