50 thousand beneficiaries to get work order under AGY housing scheme on PM Modi’s Birthday on Sept 17
Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of the Prime Minister’s birthday on coming September 17, 2025 as many as 50 thousand beneficiaries of the Antoday Griha Yojana (AGY) will be given work orders in Odisha. Panchayati Raj Minister Rabi Narayan Naik informed this on Thursday.
As per the information, the state government has discussed with the departmental officers of the center in this regard.
All the processes will be completed by November. According to the new survey, 35 lakh applications have been received, 3 lakh have been received online. Scrutiny has been done, a decision will be made at the right time.
The minister also said that the contractor cannot keep the work left half. If there is any delay in the work of the contractor, we are and will take action. We will work on the stipulated time.
