Farmer’s house destroyed by cyclonic storm, 4 people injured

Jashpur. The effect of cyclonic storm Michong is also being seen in Chhattisgarh. Due to continuous rain, a farmer’s house collapsed in Jashpur district. In the accident, four sleeping members of the house got buried under the debris, due to which they were injured. The incident took place in Burjudih village of Bagicha development block today morning.

As soon as information about the accident was received, former village sarpanch Budheshwar Paikra reached the spot. Then with the help of the villagers, rescue work was immediately started and all the members buried under the debris were taken out. After this the injured were admitted to the hospital.
