Father and daughter seriously injured in collision between car and motorcycle
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Two motorcyclists, Bhikchand Ramrao Zalke (55) and his daughter Gayatri Zalke (18), both residents of Jikathan, were killed when a speeding car hit their motorcycle at Jikathan Phata on the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to Pune highway on Friday evening. Were seriously injured.
Both were going from Limbejalgaon to Jikathan when a speeding car (MH20 CH 9988) collided with their motorcycle from behind. Gayatri suffered serious injuries, while Zalke suffered minor injuries. He was immediately taken to the sub-district hospital in Gangapur in an ambulance provided by the Jagadguru Narendracharya Maharaj Sansthan. We have also recently published the following article.
Jeep worth Rs 6 lakh missing from hotel premises, case registered
On October 24, a jeep worth ₹6 lakh was reported stolen from Limbe Jalgaon in Waluj area. Ganesh Arun Kudhare (24), a resident of Waluj who runs a fish farming business, had parked his jeep (MH20 GC 4585) in front of a hotel when he had gone to Paithan for fishing. On returning around 11:30 pm and stopping at Limbejalgaon for lunch, he discovered his jeep missing.
After a thorough search, Kudhare learned that Namdev Maroti Parse, resident of Mangrul, Majalgaon, Beed, was identified as the alleged thief. He immediately reported the theft to Waluj police station, following which a case was registered against Parse on Friday. The case is being investigated by PSI SR Dilwale.
