Father got punishment for son’s act, murder revealed
Raipur. Police has disclosed the murder case of a middle-aged man in Tilda area adjacent to the capital. The person was murdered by drowning in a pond due to old enmity. The deceased Ram Avatar used to build a hut on the banks of the pond at night. In the murder case, the police has arrested the accused Jageshwar Jangde. This matter belongs to Tilda police station area.
According to the information received from the police, the house of deceased Ram Avtar Ratre (55) and accused Jageshwar Jangde village Bhursuda are nearby. There was a dispute on July 8 at around 02:30 pm. Jageshwar assaulted him with the intention of killing him and strangled the deceased to death by immersing him in water.
Ram Avatar used to live in a hut across the Pandri pond at night. On the day of the incident, when the son of the deceased went to see the hut, there was no Ram avatar in the house. In the meantime he searched. When it was not found anywhere, he complained about it in the police station. After which the police started investigating the matter. On the morning of July 9, Ram Avtar’s dead body was seen in the pond, which was taken out by the police, after preparing a panchnama, sent the dead body for postmortem. On the other hand, when the police interrogated the family members, they told that there used to be a dispute with Jageshwar Jangde. On the basis of suspicion, the police took Jogeshwar into custody and interrogated him. Due to which the accused confessed his crime after being strictly interrogated. The accused told that on the day of the incident, due to his old dispute, he had heard something from the deceased and he was beaten to death.
The accused told the police during interrogation that the son of the deceased Ram Avtar used to keep a wrong eye on his wife. In the past, his son has gone to jail in the case of molestation. There used to be a dispute on this matter. On the day of the incident, there was a dispute regarding the same thing. In which the accused killed Ram Avatar.
