While talking to India Today, the Dhak Dhak actress talked extensively about Anurag Basu. Fatima Sana Shaikh said that she loves the filmmaker so much and trusts him so much that she can do any film with him. “For him, I will do anything. Even if Dada (Anurag Basu) calls me for a second role, I will do it blindly. I love him so much,” she shared.
During the chat, Shaikh said that the Jagga Jasoos director was the only reason why she agreed to do Metro in Dino. Recalling the time when Basu called him to narrate the story of his upcoming film, he shared, “He called me to narrate the story of Metro in Dino, the network was so bad that I could not even listen to half the part. And couldn’t understand. The things he was saying, and I still started saying yes.” “I have so much confidence in him. Like I said, I would do anything for him,” the Thar actress further added.

Shaikh further talked about the bike ride to Khardung La. He shared, “Honestly, the bike ride was very easy. It was fun because there is nothing more beautiful in the world than when you ride in the mountains.”
The actress further added, “Then you realize how huge and beautiful the mountains are, how big and infinite they are and how limited you are. It’s a very humbling experience.”
