Female Naxalite surrenders in front of IPS Abhishek Pallav
Kawardha: Impressed by the surrender policy of the government, the female Naxalite surrendered in front of the Kawardha district police of Chhattisgarh today. The female Naxalite was active as a member of the Tanda / Malajkhand Area Committee under the Gondia-Rajnandgaon-Balaghat (GRB) Division.
A reward of Rs 5 lakh was announced on her in Chhattisgarh, Rs 3 lakh in Madhya Pradesh and Rs 5 lakh in Maharashtra. In total, there was a reward of Rs 13 lakh on this female Naxalite. 19 crimes are registered against the female Naxalite in Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh and 3 crimes in District KCG of Chhattisgarh.
In Kabirdham district, under the Naxal eradication campaign being run under the guidance of Inspector General of Police Rajnandgaon Range Deepak Kumar Jha, Superintendent of Police Kabirdham Dr Abhishek Pallav, Additional Superintendent of Police Vikas Kumar and Pushpendra Singh Baghel and under the government’s rehabilitation policy, extensive publicity is being done to integrate the stray Naxalites into the mainstream of society.
