Fight between two parties, case registered

Tumgaon. There was a fierce fight between two parties in village Joba of Tumgaon police station area. After complaints from both the parties, the police have registered a counter case. Joba resident Tijiya Bai Mandle’s husband Ramdas Mandle, aged 50 years, has told in his complaint that on November 18 at around 07:30 pm, he was filling paddy in a sack outside the house when suddenly some people in front of his son started talking about Tijiya’s husband. I was talking directly. When Tijiya’s son insisted, Samaru held him by the neck, held him against the wall of the Panchayat and hit him on the head with a brick, due to which his head burst.
The father and brother who went to rescue him were also beaten up. The accused also threw bricks inside the house. The allegation is that Samaru, Parema, Khushboo, Nilkanth, Dehra and Bhagwantin together committed the assault.

Samaru Dahria told the police that on November 18, at around 07:20 pm, Ishwar Bharti of the village was sitting with Sameer Tandon and talking to each other about election related matters. Ramdas Mandle of the village had started playing the flute during the election campaign. used to work. Due to not getting full payment, he used to abuse in the locality. They were talking among themselves about this very thing.

At the same time, Ramdas Mandle’s son Lokesh Mandle came and started abusing Guptar by saying why are you saying this by taking my father’s name. Then Lokesh Mandle’s father Ramdas Mandle, brother Kuleshwar Mandle, Praveen Mandle came and came together and abused him and threatened to kill him. They entered the house and hurt Kuleshwar by slapping his hands and hitting him with rods and sticks. Neelkanth Dahriya, son of Samaru, who came to rescue him, was also injured on the head by Lokesh Mandalay by hitting him with the kada he was carrying in his hand.

Both the parties have filed complaints against each other in the police station. Police registered FIR against Samaru Dahria, Prema Bai Dahria, Khushboo Dahria, Neelkanth Dahria, Derha Dahria and Bhagwantin Dahria under 147-IPC, 148-IPC, 294-IPC, 323-IPC and Ramdas Mandle, Kuleshwar Mandle, Lokesh Mandle, Praveen Crime has been registered against Mandalay under sections 294-IPC, 323-IPC, 34-IPC, 452-IPC, 506-IPC.
