FIR filed against KPS Group, school built on land worth crores by committing fraud
Durg. A case of fraud has been registered against Krishna Education Society, the society of Krishna Public School operating in Bhilai district. The society built a school on the land allotted to it by Municipal Corporation Bhilai in the name of garden and plantation. In fact, Supela police have also made KPS Group Chairman MM Tripathi, Secretary, Architect and Corporation officials accused. Ravi Sharma has filed a complaint against them.
Ravi Sharma told in the complaint that Krishna Education Society has done fraud of land worth crores in connivance with the officials of Bhilai Municipal Corporation. They changed the Khasra number of the valuable land of the corporation and prepared fake documents, then occupied that land and built a school building there.
According to Supela police, it is alleged that the society has prepared fake documents by writing Khasra No. 306 of the allotted land of Patwari Halka No. 15, Khasra No. 836/837 of total area 95 thousand 999 square feet of land. In this regard, a case has been registered against them under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B.
A social worker clearly said that all private schools in Chhattisgarh charge arbitrary fees and arbitrary donations are collected, poor parents are harassed in the name of tuition fees, this is the condition of private schools in the entire state, the operators of these schools have started a new chapter of collecting various types of funds from the parents of children by adopting various tactics, teaching in private schools has become the most expensive in Chhattisgarh, all private schools take government benefits but are looting the public with both hands.
It has become a tradition to charge arbitrary fees starting from lower classes to higher classes and as there is no administrative pressure in this, most of the private school operators are looting and running industries in the name of education and earning arbitrary money. Even after taking all the facilities from the government, the public is not getting any relief.
