Five RIMS students attacked in Adilabad
Adilabad: Five students of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS)-Adilabad were allegedly attacked by strangers who entered the campus here on Wednesday night. Police said the MBBS students suffered injuries in the attack by unidentified persons. According to reports, another student, final year MBBS student Abhishek, was dragged to the main door when he tried to catch the attackers in the car after the attack. It was learned that two attackers have been arrested by the police. Meanwhile, students protested demanding action against those responsible for Thursday’s attack. It is believed that he was a follower of RIMS Director Dr. Jaisingh Rathod. Wasim and three others accused of being involved in the attack.
