Forced sex with a married woman, the beast kept scratching her for two days
Gwalior : An incident of rape of a married Dalit girl has come to light from Gwalior city of Madhya Pradesh. Here a young man seduced her and took her with him and kept her in an empty house. Where he threatened the girl and assaulted her. Also raped her for several days. A case of incident has come to light from Bahodapur police station area of Gwalior. On the complaint of a married girl, the police have registered a case against the young man for taking her hostage and raping her. Actually, the 26 year old married girl belongs to a Dalit family. She had suddenly disappeared three days ago.
Kapil Kushwaha, living in Bhure Baba colony of Janakganj police station area, had lured the girl and taken her along with him. Kapil kept the girl in a vacant house near Peer Baba Dargah in Transport Nagar on 22 and 23 November. Where she was threatened, beaten and raped for two days. The victim somehow freed herself from the clutches of the accused and reached her home and told the whole story to her husband. After this, the husband and wife lodged a complaint against Kapil Kushwaha at Bahodapur police station. Additional SP Niranjan Sharma said that the police has registered a case against the accused for Dalit harassment, rape, beating and intimidation. As soon as the FIR was filed against him, the accused Kapil Kushwaha absconded. The police team is searching for him.
