Forced woman after entering her house, accused arrested
Bhatapara: The accused, who entered the woman’s house and molested her, was arrested by the police within 24 hours of the report and sent on judicial remand. Instructions were given by Senior Superintendent of Police Deepak Jha to take immediate action against those involved in crimes related to women and children, following which, under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police and Sub-Divisional Officer of Police Ashish Arora, under the efficient leadership of Police Station Incharge Simga Inspector Manjulata Rathore. Yogesh Tiwari alias Golu (33), accused under sections 354 A, B, 454, 294 IPC, was arrested in Simga police station.
The details of the case are as follows, the applicant came to the police station and submitted a written application and lodged a report that on 29th November, she was alone at her home when at around 05.30 in the evening, the accused Yogesh alias Golu Tiwari, who had previously kept her with bad intentions, After entering inside, with the intention of teasing and insulting, he started pulling the saree by holding her arm and taking her inside the room with the intention of doing wrong. When the applicant called out, her son came and tried to catch Yogesh alias Golu Tiwari. So he ran away into the street shouting obscene abuses. On the basis of that report, a crime was registered and taken under investigation. During investigation, the accused was duly arrested on Thursday and sent on judicial remand.
