Former IAS Anil Tuteja was produced in Meerut Court

Raipur: Former IAS Anil Tuteja, accused in the liquor scam case, was produced by the UP Police in Meerut Court. Let us tell you that the police has brought accused Anil Tuteja to UP on a transit warrant in the case of making fake holograms. After appearing in the court, he will be brought back to Central Jail Raipur and handed over.

Let us tell you that UP Police had applied for the production warrant of Anil Tuteja, which was approved by the court. A crime is also registered against Anil Tuteja in Uttar Pradesh in the case of making fake holograms. Earlier in the case, UP Police has arrested Anwar Dhebar and former Special Secretary Arunpati Tripathi. In July 2023, ED Deputy Director had lodged an FIR in Kasna police station in Noida in the fake hologram case. On May 3, UP STF arrested Vidhu Gupta, owner of Prism Holography Security Films Pvt Ltd. During interrogation, Gupta had named Anwar and Arunpati.

According to the FIR, the Excise Department of Chhattisgarh had illegally awarded the tender to Prism Holography Security Films Pvt Ltd. The tender conditions were modified in connivance with the owners of the company and the tender was allotted illegally. In return, commission was taken and duplicate holograms were supplied to the Chhattisgarh active gang.
