Fraud in the name of getting a job, police arrested the accused
Jagdalpur: Police has arrested the absconding accused who committed fraud in the name of getting a job in the education department.
Giving information about the case, City Superintendent of Police Vikas Kumar said that on July 4, applicant Kamleshwar Kunwar (34 years) lodged a report at Madpal Patar Para police station, Nagarnar that on June 25, accused Manoj Bisai alias Prakash Joshi had got a job in the education department. In the name of investment, a total amount of Rs 5 lakh 17 thousand has been defrauded from the applicant and two other people. On the report of the applicant, Section 420 IPC was registered against the accused Manoj Bisai alias Prakash in Nagarnar police station and taken under investigation.
The accused in the case was absconding since the day of the incident, for whose whereabouts a team was formed from Nagarnar police station and Bakavand police station and they were investigating. The police came to know that the accused was hiding in the ravine.As soon as the information was received, the accused was caught and taken into custody and brought to the police station, where after being interrogated, the accused confessed to his crime. Manoj Bisai alias Prakash Joshi (32), village Rajnagar Sundipara, was arrested on 29 November and presented in the court on judicial remand. .
