Gang rape of a girl who went to watch DJ dance, 5 criminals arrested

Jashpur. A case of rape has come to light under Bagbahar police station area. Where a crime like gang rape has been committed against a minor girl. Five youths committed this incest with a girl who was going home. The incident took place on the intervening night of 24-25 January. Two boys stopped the minor on the way. Kidnapped him. After this three more boys came. Where all the five accused together committed incest with the minor. Police have registered a case against the five accused under POCSO Act, sections 341, 363, 366, 366A, 376D.

According to Pathalgaon SDOP Harish Patil, this incident happened at 12 o’clock in the intervening night of 24-25 January. The victim had gone to see a DJ playing near the Panchayat. While returning from where two boys stopped the minor on the way. He was kidnapped. After this three more boys came. Where all the five accused together committed incest with the minor. However, the police have arrested all five accused on the information of the victim.
