Gang rape with minor for 28 days
Patna (IANS). A very sad and heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Muzaffarpur in Bihar. A 13-year-old girl was abducted and gang-raped for 28 days by six people in Muzaffarpur district.
In this case, on August 5, the accused called the victim’s mother and asked her to take her from Saraiya Chowk. According to the police, the victim came in contact with the accused on Facebook.
The victim’s mother has alleged in a written complaint that on July 9, the accused from Siswaniya village of Saraiya police station came in a car and kidnapped her daughter.
After being abducted on July 9, he was taken to an undisclosed location and held hostage for the next 28 days.
The complaint said, “On July 9, I had lodged a written complaint against the accused but the district police did not take any action. On 5th August at 8 pm I got a call from the accused, he asked me to pick up his daughter from Saraiya Chowk, when I reached there I found her unattended. I took her home and informed the police about the incident.
An FIR has been registered in this matter and the district police is conducting raids at various places to arrest the accused.
Muzaffarpur Town Police Station SHO Vijay Kumar Singh said, “We have registered a case under relevant sections. The statement of the victim has been recorded before the magistrate. Along with this, the medical examination of the victim has also been done. He has revealed the identity of the accused. Police are conducting raids to nab them.”
