At the same time the accused Dev Pratap alias Chhotu and Shiv Kumar alias Sukumar came from their motorcycle and forced her to sit and took her towards the forest and forcibly gang-raped her. The accused were arrested in the case and produced in the court.
In the case, Court Swarnalata Toppo, Additional Sessions Judge FTSC (Paxo) Katghora District Korba found the charges proved against the accused after trial.
