Ganja smuggler sitting in AC bogie, GRP caught him as soon as information was received

Bilaspur. In Bilaspur, GRP’s anti crime team raided the AC bogie of Puri-Bikaner Express and recovered 10 kg of ganja from a youth. He was purchasing ganja from Sambalpur in Odisha and taking it to Mathura in Uttar Pradesh. GRP has dropped the accused youth at the zonal station and registered a case.

GRP Anti Crime Team is continuously taking action against ganja smugglers. On Wednesday, GRP’s anti-crime team received information from an informer that a young man was smuggling ganja in the AC coach of Puri-Bikaner Express. As soon as the news was received, the team raided the AC coach after the express reached Bilaspur railway station. As soon as the train stopped, the team searched the coach, then a young man saw the GRP and tried to run away, but was caught by the team members.
